Our company's server was constantly locking up on us and it was disrupting our point-of-sale system. In the middle of a dinner service, the server would stop responding. We took our server to a few repair shops who replaced a hardware and made various software changes. We were told that the server was old and was experiencing unknown hardware issues and that we should buy a new server. We purchased a new server and our existing computer support technician was no longer available. We heard about Snaz Systems through an acquaintance and they came highly recommended. Snaz Systems was able to quickly get up to speed on our point of sale system and migrate everything over to the new server. They were able to do this over one evening. Later, Snaz Systems informed us that the old server was fine, it was cluttered with "desktop applications and lots of downloads" from our past technician. They were able to clean up our old server and make it operational again. We have finally found competent computer support!
